Are you a factory or a trading company?
LANQI is a China-based sourcing and export company with close, ongoing working relationships with six supplier factories in Quanzhou. Our partner factories handle production; LANQI is your commercial contact for product selection, quality requirements and order delivery.
Clear pricing and scope. Your quotation specifies product configuration, packing and trade terms, so you can compare like for like. Alongside the product, you get coordinated supplier communication, quality follow-up and export preparation.
Quality we stand behind. We stand behind the specifications and quality requirements agreed for your order. We follow approved samples and written requirements through with production teams and coordinate agreed checks before shipment.
Accountable issue handling. If an issue is reported, contact LANQI. We follow it through with the relevant factory and coordinate corrective action under the agreed order terms, keeping you informed throughout.
What bathroom hardware products can I source through LANQI?
Our main focus is Shattaf / bidet sprayer sets, supported by basin faucets and shower sets. Angle valves can also be coordinated as complementary items where suitable. Product availability is confirmed against our current catalogue and supplier capabilities.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product model, finish, packaging and customization requirements. We confirm the applicable MOQ in writing before you place an order.
How much do samples cost?
Sample charges and courier costs depend on the selected product and destination. We confirm all applicable costs before payment.
Can you make custom packaging?
We can coordinate logo application, carton marks and Arabic / English packaging with partner factories, subject to MOQ, supplier capability, approved artwork and written confirmation.
Can I mix different products in one container?
Mixed-SKU orders may be possible across selected product ranges. Feasibility depends on supplier MOQs, availability, production schedules and consolidation arrangements. We confirm the available options before quotation.
Can I appoint my own third-party inspector?
Third-party inspection can be discussed before order confirmation. The inspection scope, timing, access and costs must be agreed with the relevant supplier and inspector in advance.
Do you ship FOB Xiamen or EXW?
FOB Xiamen or EXW may be quoted where applicable. The exact Incoterm, named place or port, costs and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation for each order.
